Paradox Interactive has released Crusader Kings III: Coronations, a new event pack focused on royal pageantry and political legitimacy. Included in the Chapter IV Expansion Pass and available separately, Coronations adds a dedicated activity with related events, giving kings and emperors a new way to proclaim their authority and shape their rule.
At its core is a new Coronations activity. Rulers can stage grand ceremonies to impress vassals and neighboring powers, navigating factional tensions and detractors to pull off a display worthy of the crown. The pack also lets players bring their vassals together for a realm-wide celebration of a new reign.
Post-ceremony, rulers can swear Oaths—declaring an objective for their tenure. These oaths unlock new decisions with unique rewards, allowing different playstyles to pursue distinct goals after the coronation.
